Managing Interpersonal Relationships

The focus is on providing participants with the skills and tools to increase self-awareness and communicate effectively with different personality types at work.

Participants learn about the power of observation, as well as how to influence and build interpersonal relationships with others.

This program will equip participants to:

  • Increase self-awareness and harness individual strengths in the work environment
  • Appreciate why different people behave differently
  • Understand how to recognize different personalities
  • Learn to modify behavior to relate with others and enhance relationships
