As a team, we have been very pleased with NBO’s work… training content, interaction with and acceptance by the group, culture sensitivity, and progress.  The team development training used the profiling method to provide all team members with better insight of each member’s characteristics, leading to better communication and interaction.  It also helps us employ and deploy appropriate people to get the assigned tasks completed effectively.
